All our lives are marked by seasons, with beginnings and endings. The same is true of BobsCNC. We watched the company grow from a part-time adventure into a rapidly expanding full-time business.
God blessed us with a family of great customers and friends. Some used their first steps with a BobsCNC machine to enter careers as CNC professionals, others began new businesses or enhanced existing ones with our machines.
But now it’s time for us to enter a new season. We recently sold our production facility and equipment. BobsCNC will no longer be manufacturing our kits. For those of you who recently purchased a Quantum, Revolution, or KL Series machine we will continue to provide you with the warranty, service parts
and customer service.
What’s next? None of us know for sure. What we do know is that God who gave us this marvelous opportunity has our futures in his hands. Thank you for being part of our family. You will always be in our hearts and prayers.
After considering the options, we have decided to open source all the design files for people to use or modify for their own use. This will include the E series, Evolution, Quantum, Revolution, KL7 and KL8 prototype. The files will be on my GitHub
Our plan is to sell service parts on eBay. If it is busy enough, I will continue to buy bulk and support.
